3D VIRTUAL REALITY WALKTHROUGH TOURS
Each scan is housed on our cloud platform, delivered and accessed by a URL link and viewed online on any PC, Tablet, Smartphone or VR Headset. All 3D scans are also delivered as embed codes for our clients to publish on their websites or to share internally with colleagues and their client for better communication.
MEASURE FROM THE SCAN AS YOU VIEW
There is a measuring tool on all 3D model scans on your device as standard, allowing you an instant overview of dimensions on the horizontal and vertical axes as well as measuring objects and spaces in between.
SCHEMATIC FLOOR PLANS
Schematic Floor Plans are generated from the same data used to create your 3D model and are accurate to within 1% of reality. All Schematic Floor Plans include individual room labels and measurements. The plans of individual floors are delivered separately in PNG format, and all floors together on one page are delivered as a PDF file.
4K INTERIOR PHOTOS
For every 3D scan, we can capture (or grab) a 4K image from any angle or position. 4K photos provide highly detailed, incredibly crisp and clear and therefore print-ready.
OBJ. AND POINT CLOUD
We create OBJ files of the 3D mesh that you can download and import into third-party programs such as Autodesk Recap and Revit. There is automatic point cloud registration of all sweeps (scan positions), colorized based on the 360º panorama imagery and accurate to within 1% of reality.
REFLECTIVE PLANS
The plans are orthogonal views of a 3D mesh to use in AutoCAD as a tracing element. Views/slices of the 3D mesh can be created by manipulating the OBJ file.

THE LAW
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a document that details the energy performance of a building.
If you are selling or renting out your property in Scotland then you need an EPC. This is a legal requirement under the European Building Directive and it is illegal to sell or rent property without one. Your Energy Performance Certificate will remain valid for a period of 10 years.
GRADING OF ENERGY
The EPC will detail the energy use, carbon dioxide emission and fuel costs of the building. The energy performance of the building is given a rating on a scale of A-G, with A being the most efficient and G the least efficient. The report will also provide suggestions on how to improve the properties energy efficiency, thus saving money and helping the environment.

WE SCAN YOUR SPACE
. On ordering, we arrange an appointment to scan your space.
. Once we are on-site, it typically takes an hour to plan and prepare the space.
. The scans can take anywhere between an hour for 100 m2 to a full working day or
more for 2000 m2.
WE EDIT AND UPLOAD YOUR SCAN TO OUR CLOUD PLATFORM.
. We edit your scan, modify and annotate your space however you want.
. Add tags to your model with explanatory texts, links, and videos.
. Generate 4K print-quality photos.
. Create videos if required.
. We aim to complete the whole process within 48 hours.
YOU PUBLISH AND SHARE
. The 3D models are sent as URL or embed codes to add your website, share on your
social media sites just as you share photos and videos on Facebook, Instagram, and
YouTube.
. All other files are sent by email or Wetransfer depending on the size of the file.
. We OBJ. and Point Cloud files via Wetransfer.
. Schematic floor plans of one floor on a sheet are sent as PDF files.
. Floorplans of several floors together on one sheet are sent as PNG. files.
. 4K Photos are sent as JPEG files
. We can also publish to Google Street View if you want to direct your clients to the
address of a physical space.
WE HOST YOUR SCAN
. Your scan and files are hosted on our cloud platform, free for the first year, and
maintained for a nominal sum of £50 for subsequent years until you no longer
require it.
. During the period of hosting we are able to add or remove information tags & links
on the 3D model and deliver more photos. The actual scan cannot be adjusted, but
we can arrange a rescan at the original price.
